Nadine is an expert in children’s rights and human trafficking law and has undertaken work as a consultant for UNHCR, UNICEF and the OCHCR and has researched and written widely in these areas. She sits on the advisory board for the EU Commission funded project, UNICEF UK’s project on Achieving durable solutions for trafficked children and EU Commission funded project ReACT: Reinforcing Assistance to Child Victims of Trafficking. Currently Honorary Senior Policy Fellow at University of Bristol and Associate of charity, Child Circle.
“I have been working on behalf of children who have been trafficked for two decades now and compared to then the awareness of this gross human rights abuse has improved to a certain extent. However, much more needs to be done to identify and protect these children. I hope to continue to play my part in this by serving on the Love146 UK board.”

Our Ambassador, Bin Afolami, is a memeber of Parliment for hitchin and Harpenden since 2017. Despite being of of the youngest Memebers of Parliament, he has already had a varied business career in the City advertising some of the biggest compaines in the world, both British and internatioanl – forst as a corporate lawyer and thenfor HSBC. Raised by parents who worked in the NHS, he is passionate about improving equality and opportunity for all, and as a Love146 Ambassadoe promeotes our work in supporting children and young people who have been trafficked and exploited. Bin has also been a primary school governor and has volunteered for charities that focus on helping people return to work. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Ditchley Foiundation.
